Hi everyone

I’ve received the latest CFTC dispositions. On May 27th, the CFTC ruled against Forex.com and E-Trade Securities for violating Section 4b(a) of the Commodity Exchange Act while on June 1st dimissed a case against FX Solutions.

If you have time, please read the case against FX Solutions. It is a messy case with a ghost lawyer, no one understanding English, bad money managers ripping client’s off and the client trying to make the broker guilty of everything.
